At GTS GPS Tracker Service, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

• Refunds are processed only if the order cannot be fulfilled by us.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Installation Services

• Installation charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Warranty

• Warranty is applicable only as per the product warranty terms.

• Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
